Founded in 1979, our company was built on a foundation of craftsmanship, discipline, and service. What began as a small, family-run operation has grown into a trusted name in Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Suppression, and Heating, proudly continuing through father-to-son ownership for over four decades.
The Man Behind the Mission
Nicholas “Nick” Accardi, a U.S. Navy veteran and Valedictorian of his Machinist Mate class, brings over 25 years of professional experience to the mechanical trades. His time in the Navy shaped his leadership style — instilling precision, integrity, and a strong commitment to safety that carries through every project.
Nick has led projects across the industrial, commercial, and public sectors, earning a reputation for reliability and excellence. Under his direction, Riteway has become an industry leader in operations and safety procedures, setting a high standard for performance and accountability.
As a 100% SDVOSB-certified (Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business), Riteway proudly honors its roots in service — continuing to uphold the values of dedication, teamwork, and craftsmanship that have defined the Accardi family legacy since day one.
